Ray Rodriguez is a co-owner of Dorlom Construction and the reason the business runs the way it does. Miami-born and operations-minded, Ray has spent over 20 years managing the finances, partnerships, and client relationships that keep every project moving. He's easy to talk to, impossible to rattle, and the kind of person who makes a complex process feel like it's completely under control — because with him, it is.
David Berrayarza
David Berrayarza is a co-owner of Dorlom Construction and the person every serious builder wants on their job site. With over three decades of hands-on construction experience in Miami and South Florida, David knows every phase of a luxury build at a level most people in the industry simply don't. He's reserved by nature — he lets the work speak — but his clients and collaborators know that when David is running a job site, nothing gets missed. He has spent 20 years building a network of architects, interior designers, and subcontractors who trust him because he's earned it.
Working with Dorlom from start to finish was a collaborative process. Anytime we had a vision that didn’t fully fit the budget, they were great about helping us find creative alternatives that still gave us the overall look and feel we wanted.
